Hello! Years ago, I supported the kickstarter for this game with $35. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/projectgorgon/project-gorgon-pc-mmo/description

I honestly should have asked earlier, but real life was a higher priority and I figured maybe if I waited a bit more it would appear. I was expecting some kind of email, or maybe message through the kickstarter page.

Is there any information I can provide to show that I am one of the backers, in order to get back into this game?

Unfortunately, some email services are marking our email as a "promotion" (gmail) or just as spam (hotmail), so please check your spam/promotions/whatever mail folders for it. The email was sent by noreply@projectgorgon.com and has the title "Project: Gorgon is now on Steam, and here's your Steam Key!"

If you can't find your email, please email us at support@projectgorgon.com and we'll get your code to you. Please include the email address that your Kickstarter account is connected to, so we can look up your order. If you know how to find your Kickstarter "backer number", that's great info to include too. (If not, don't worry about it, your email address is usually enough.)

Oh thank you, I had seen that page but not read it carefully enough to see the support email!

Well, it's been a while and there's no activity on my ticket. Does anyone know of something else I could try?

Those older packages must all be manually looked up and handled as all of that information has been archived since we released the initial e-mails with game keys. These tickets are usually handled in a batch at the end of each update cycle. Unfortunately, this update cycle has been longer than normal because of the size of the update. If we respond to your ticket now, it moves the ticket to another location, which increases the chance it might get overlooked when it is time to process the batch. Fear not, your ticket is in the batch to be processed (I just checked and confirmed it), and we are approaching the update, so you should be getting an e-mail with all of that information soon. We do apologize for the extended delay.
