I tried to buy VIP, but stream said the card was unauthorized by credit card company. I used it on other things with no problem. I will call my credit card company tomorrow. any advise ?

you were right. when I tried to purchase the game they put a block on it, since I am 75 years old. I had them take it off. I am not dead yet.
