Store out of stock?

Hi -

Based on in-game advice, I've decided to hop off the fence and purchase a package in the Gorgon store. However, the Thoroughbred Breeder Package is "out of stock." Will new codes be issued for sale, or should I settle for the Explorer package?

I hope I have not missed the restock. Been checking a couple times a day since the OP posted and never can catch anything in stock...
Have I missed it or has it just not been restocked?
