Changes to skill and crafting progression and cost?

Hey guys,

I haven't played P:G in probably a year and a half. I stopped playing before because I found the amount of grind required to advance a lot of skills, and the monetary cost, to be overwhelming. The same held true for crafting. In particular, I was working on characters with Fire Magic and Fletching. Has there been any general adjustment in the time and gold required to raise skills and accomplish crafting? I found Fletching, in particular, to be very tedious because of all the related gathering and crafting skills.

Overall, I would say the time and gold required to raise skills is about the same as it was a year and 1/2 ago. There have been some minor things that would help, more recipes, a few new skills that would give bonus levels in other skills.

Now one important question is, have you been to a Crafting Caravan? Crafting Caravan really boost your crafting skills, with less grinding. There is a fletching master there.

No, I haven't heard of a Crafting Caravan! How do they work and when and where do they happen?

***EDIT*** thanks for the response! I see that there are responses on the Discord, too, which are probably faster and easier. I'll stop being active in this post and just continue on the Discord.

Crafting Caravan are events that happen a couple times a year, they take place in the theater in the casino. Not sure when the next one will be.
