To save some clicks, it would be beneficial to have a "Right-click+Withdraw-'X'" feature that allows you to pre-select the amount of an item that you move from storage to your inventory (perhaps similar to how Practical Summoning works).

Additionally, some items should stack beyond their inventory capacity while in storage. Items such as bottles and crates should act like vendor items when they are in your storage, stacking higher than they normally can.

Bottles are probably the item that most needs to stack higher. Just a change to 99 would be good.

Alongside bottles, there are items that strangely can't stack like Ice Cores and Ink Stones. I am sure there are several items out there that could use a second look.

AFAIK many items (bottles in particular) don't allow stacking to prevent macros / bots from easily gaming the system.

I support the idea of being able to withdraw X of an item from storage without pulling out the entire stack, watching it merge with whatever of the item is in the existing inventory and then having to separate some to throw back into storage. It is possible with summoning though, but not directly. I can also point out that Inkstone is unable to be stacked because it has a durability. Calligraphy recipes will reduce an inkstone by a % when the recipe is used.

I was mostly wanting this feature to affect storage. While I am not familiar with what you're talking about, I doubt having the ability to stack bottles would have much impact on issues like botting - though, I could be entirely wrong! I am not a programmer and do not know the full extent or reasoning behind the system as it currently is.
