Can't link my old alpha account to my new steam account

I was able to log in to the forum part of my old account which is what i'm using here but i can't for the life of me figure out how too link my old alpha level 70 too my new purchase, it's been about 3 years could it just be gone? I can't figure out how too contact support either it seems there is no option to do so.

When you first started the game, if you did not play the Demo version first, you should have been presented with the option to link an Alpha account. If you played the demo before purchasing the full game, or chose to create a new account, you'll need to contact support@projectgorgon.com to recover your older characters. It's helpful to contact them using the same email the Alpha account was connected to, if you are still using it, and you may want to provide both your SteamID and information you have about your Alpha account.
