Are we going to need a certain level of favour with a certain npc in order to do the quest to unlock the playable faerie race? If so which npc? What favor level? and what do they like?

I dont think it will be favor with an npc. If it were he would likely not tell us.

Imgine the chaos if some people knew you needed 99x bananas to unlock fae. Selling bananas 1k each.

I mean if it is needed that it'll happen anyways.
