Phrenology Aberrations

I got the phrenology aberrations skill from corpse talking, I have the skill but not the crafting recipe. Why not?

The recipe doesn't exist yet for it. Phrenology XP for aberrations, demons, and dwarfs (and maybe another I'm forgetting) can only be gotten through indirect means such as corpse talking, decoctions, and lost notus records.
