is there any information about astounding WINTER leather recipe please ?
does it will exist in the future or not ?

Yes, it's suspicious as the Winter Coats, etc typically require less Leatherworking than the Leather Shirts, etc of the same tier.

Perhaps there is a hold up on an art asset, or the introduction of a higher tier component (e.g. 'Great Wool' or 'Superior Tuft of Fur'), or perhaps the Winter-wear line is meant to stop at Amazing.

It will get added soon. It just keeps getting bumped down the to-do list, but I suspect we'll manage it soon -- not in the next update (which is in QA now) but probably the one after.
