Practical summoning and Council storage

Was it intended for Practical Summoning not to work with the Council storages? It works for all NPCs that have storage and also on the transfer chests but not council storage. I havent tried Qatik's storage.

Yes, from what I recall, when it was introduced, it was specyfically mentioned it will not work with Council Storage. It work with Qatik just fine. My guess is that it is because CS is aviable from many different zones.

So far, the only use of practical summoning would be to summon items from storage in another zone. Regrettably, that is not allowed, so I find no use for it. Within a zone, I just go to the nearest NPC with storage and pull from there.
