Rivets

is there an NPC that sells rivets? I already had a hard time with toolcrafting to make the tools needed for blacksmithing and still cant find the rivets. Rivets are needed on level 3 blacksmithing but blacksmiths cant make rivets until level 25.

I don't believe they can be obtained outside of crafting. I bet you could get someone in serbule or rahu to craft them for you quickly if you provide the metals.
