Anyone know what the difference between the 2 generic mods Healing Received From First Aid +49 and
Healing Received from Major Healing Abilities +44 is?
Also will major healing abilities like push onward which sacrifices armor for a instant heal get boosted?
Healing Received From First Aid +49: you get the bonus when healed with First Aid abilities (First Aid, and I guess First Aid Bomb and Field Surgery as well).
Healing Received from Major Healing Abilities +44: you get the bonus when healed with Major Healing abilities (Reconstruct, Pep Talk, etc).
Also will major healing abilities like push onward which sacrifices armor for a instant heal get boosted?
As far as I know, Push Onward is not a First Aid Ability (it's Endurance) nor a major healing. It should not receive a bonus from any of these mods.

First Aid is a Major Healing Ability but there are many other abilities that also count as Major Healing Abilities.
Healing Received from Major Healing Abilities +44 will effect First Aid and other abilities Pig:Mudbath, BC:Healing Mist, Mentalism:Reconstruct, War Cry: Death Trooper's Battle Cry, Ilth Hale's Kiss, Druid:Regrowth, Bard: Rally , etc...
Healing Received From First Aid + only effects the First Aid abilities, those that use kits or bombs.
Push Onward, has no keywords. So it isn't Minor Healing and isn't Major Healing. With no keywords it is unlikely any treasure effect could actually boost it.
