I have kinda looked through some of the posts regarding searching player vendors, and I have a suggestion.
The golems are great for looking for certain items, however looking for weapons or armor is rather difficult. If you drag an item to look for, I believe it looks for something that exactly matches the item name, rather than the general item.

For example, I was looking for boots/footwear, and when I dragged the boots I was currently wearing, nothing showed up. Same thing happened when I entered "shoes" or "Boots".
Having an option to either search for a specific slot (ie foot wear, chest, hand) or being able to enter the keyword 'foot' 'weapon' 'armor' would be quite handy.

Not necessarily a "game breaking" or "absolutely VITAL" suggestion, just more of one of convenience.

This is something I'd really like to see too. I'd expand it a bit to also be able to search by skill "Show me anything with fire magic requirements", and to have that same search functionality available for my own storage with /isearch.

I like making wish lists. :)

A small addition: a checkbox "Equippable by me". That way lower level folks aren't swamped with high level gear they can't use.
