Why do I get less favor with Casino NPCs than the wiki indicates?

I get anywhere from 70-85% of what it says.

1) Person who put that info on the wiki was wrong several times (very unlikely imo)
2) Favor was stealth nerfed at some point between now and when the Casino came out
3) Some favor-buff I'm not aware of. I have 113% favor from gifting and afaik the max is 115%, not enough to explain the difference I'm seeing.
4) Other???

If you can give us a specific example, I'll test with an alt that has 0% bonus, and compare with your numbers

Might have been effected by civic pride gifting bonuses

I'm not sure how it should work out, I can't spot an easy answer. The one thing that occurs to me is maybe they got their values to input into the wiki during a Gifting bonus weekend, that would skew things higher on the wiki.

For reference I've got 115% bonus and the result
