Is the game buyable only through Steam?

Greetings, I had played the game a bit back before its steam release and would like to buy it. Usually, even though I got steam, I prefer to run games out of steam for stability reasons, so, because I couldnt find out checking around, I would like to ask if there is a way to buy it directly
