You need to authenticate your support email with SPF/DKIM and rDNS to bypass Google's spam filter.

Should only take 5 minutes to update and will save you a headache down the road.

You can also just add the domain to your "no spam" list.....

I was just joshing. ;) I'm sure this is already a known issue though, since they always tell us to "check spam folder" for e-mail support replies.

Nick is correct.

It is just a problem with a quick fix. Correcting it now will save a mountain of problems down the road.

Looks like this was fixed since I was able to verify my account, where I previously wasn't receiving the email. If you haven't done so already, try resending the verification email.
