Preferably one that is under or at 20 dollars that wont start breaking down on the edges and works for laser mouses

I actually have been using the back cover of a black 3-ring notebook I cut off for a long time now and it works perfect - plus it was free (but if you buy one, what? about $4). Just a suggestion.

It's about $9.00 USD, stitched edges, fairly heavy and thick. They offer a couple different sizes too (up to 3' wide lol)...
