Hi there,

Been playing a few weeks and I've come to know that pig is my class, I'm loving playing as pig. However, I feel like the game is currently designed in a way that I cannot comfortably play the class I want to play. Most of the important npc's in Serbule won't talk to me in pig form and it's hard to get the money for a lot of un-pig juice. Some have said well just build up your storage with Joen and the other lady first then you can access storage from bookshelf. But even then what if I just want to talk to them, do quests, sell things or buy things? I can't.

My suggestion is that like some of the other npc's, you have to complete some sort of quest in order to be able to use npc's as a beast, but that ALL npc's can be interracted with as a beast after doing so. I want to be a pig, please let me enjoy being a pig and playing as a pig. Right now I feel like I have to play some other skill I don't want to so that I don't have this hassle to deal with and I personally don't think that's a good way to handle class skills and new player fun.

Being an animal is a curse, it is supposed to be difficult.

Some suggestions for players to make animal life easier:

One thing is level 3 words of power, You get Human Illusion and possible animal cures. This will reduce your need for expensive un-pigs.

Farming your own un-pig juice. Just make killing pigs a routine activity, you can stock pile pork for gifting, turn it into bacon for cooking xp and even better gifting. You will get un-pig juices often enough if you commit an hour or 2 a week to just killing pigs. Or you could kill deer and trade un-deer for un-pig with other players if you are against killing your own kind.

Planning, once you understand which NPC are going to be difficult, you can stock pile gifts they like and drop lots on them at once. Make going biped something to save for festival seasons, where you run around at like Christmas season and get your gifts from NPC and work their quests and favor.

Higher level areas are currently pretty animal friendly, so once you get past the start it is less difficult. Animal Town has comparable storage to Serbule Keep and other quests not available to bipeds. Focus on getting those and you can work Serbule Keep later or just skip over those stuck up humans and elves.
