For in-game bugs, suggestions, reports etc. they probably want you to just use the (!) tab. For forum, account, Steam, etc. they probably just want you to email support@projectgorgon.com

The best way to turn in bugs would be to use the ! button in game.

If there is something else, you can reach Project: Gorgon at support@projectgorgon.com

For large scale explanations of something that the community might be interested in, posting on the forum is great.
