This year's Halloween event is winding down to a close, which means your last chances to attend the big Halloween Event party and meet Zhia Lian in person are upon us! The final three parties will be held on Tuesday, November 6. There will be one party for EU primetime, US primetime and AUS primetime. Whimsical gods do not like being put on a set schedule! However, we talked Zhia Lian into three scheduled appearances:

EU primetime party: 7pm EU CET / 12pm US CST / (11/7) 5am AUS AEDT

US primetime party: 8pm US CST / (11/7) 3am EU CET / (11/7) 1pm AUS AEDT

AUS primetime party: 7pm AUS AEDT / 2am US CST / 9am EU CET

What do you need to get into the party? An invitation of course!
You must travel to the Ilmari desert and speak to Brandon about the party. He will give you a transcript to read and will then quiz you on it. Complete the quiz correctly and you will get the title 'Cultist of Zhia Lian' along with your invitation! Fail the quiz, and you will have to haul beer kegs for Brandon. That quest is acquired through the Halloween event quest chains by completing the quest for pumpkin mimics or the bat quest.

You will also need a mask. You cannot enter the party room without one. If you try to enter the room without a mask, you will be immediately ejected from the room. If you remove your mask inside the party room, you will be immediately ejected from the room. Masks drop as loot on several mobs. They can also be crafted.

We hope you have enjoyed this year's Halloween event and we'll see you at the party!

I loved all the new snacks and masks and the concept of laces needed for the mask

Thank you Citan, Srand, all the admins, and most of all Zhia Lian for hosting this absolutely abysmal party. I had such a horrible time! The lore was poor and the pigs were plentiful; I wouldn't have it any other way. See you all next year, maybe....

I'm very sad I missed the event :(. I worked hard to complete all the Halloween quests, and I never got to see the results of my efforts. I was popping on every day from Oct 31 to Nov 4 asking in /g if anyone knew when the event was going to be rescheduled. I heard nothing other than "it's being worked on," and I trusted we'd get a good heads-up before it started so the whole community would have a chance to attend. I would have made time to attend had I known the date/time, but it seems there was only a one day notice? Lately over the past month the in-game devs would host impromptu events - which were fun, however they concerned me because it set a precedence that I no longer know if/when something important is going to happen. The abruptness of the Halloween event only affirmed my concerns. The cart is coming before the horse when the devs rush events like this because they are leaving the larger community behind, and it doesn't play well in the long run. I can't be the only one who had no idea when this event was happening, including even the many who so happened to be in game by chance during the event. I'm just disappointed that we weren't worth waiting for.
