There is a forum shop. You can currently buy a forum title and a steam key/VIP subscription, though they're all pretty highly priced and probably placeholders.

There's a bank you can put your points in(with a near zero interest rate, again probably a placeholder thing) - Other forums with a shop/bank/etc I've seen have stuff like an item you can buy to steal some amount of other peoples points
