*** Unable to Log In -- Frozen at Connection Screen ***

HI all --

Currently unable to log in -- game is stuck on connection screen. I have uninstalled the game via Steam, reset computer, reset internet connection and modem/router, all to no avail. This is exactly what the screen looks like, and it will not go beyond this point in loading

From the screenshot it looks like the game is totally firewalled. Try disabling your firewall software for a few minutes to see if that fixes it. (If so, you'll need to add an exception for the game to your firewall software.)
