Anyone Know What To Do About This UI Bug?

I'm not sure exactly how to describe what it's doing, exactly, but it's like the UI is constantly resizing itself to hit a specific size before it settles?

The computer is an ASUS X555LA Notebook
Intel Core i5 5200U @ 2.20GHz
Intel HD 5500 Integrated
6GB DDR3 RAM

Odd...what screen resolution are you running at? Does it do it at other resolutions as well?

I've seen one more thread about this issue, it was also on a laptop running window mode.
are you running on windowed mode or fullscreen mode?

1366x768 by default, but it happens on other resolutions, too.

It happens on both Windowed and Fullscreen.
