Blessing or curse? Been great to find a needed item without searching each stall one by one but this also made job easy for someone to buy all the other players stock and jack up price on a certain item real sad to see just one shop yesterday carrying item I wanted at a price I wouldn't pay.

Personally, I'm grateful because it makes buying and selling a lot smoother. I, also, found items that I think are overpriced, but they are overpriced for me, maybe they will sell to other people.

Farm the item like mad, sell it at a high-but-lower-than-the-other-guy's price, wait for him to buy everything, profit.

The shopkeeper who is trying to corner the market still has to visit the stalls to check the prices - something they were likely doing already.

I would like to see an additional catalogue golem entirely for gear, it's impossible to search for gear atm and I'd rather just see all the gear listed at once with an option (show unusable)

That would make it so much easier, since you still have to go to every single stall if you want to see gear.

Also titles are another thing which is very annoying to search on catalogue golems, I would love to see all titles available for sale instead of having to search and go through like ~20.

Only a single option for arrows would help too, because there are 25 kinds and you can use the higher-level ones anyway.

Only a single option for arrows would help too, because there are 25 kinds and you can use the higher-level ones anyway. People will search "advanced barbed arrow", see there's none then leave, rather than trying every single rank to notice there are better ones available.
