i bought the game but i cant play, im having problems with the resolution! i cant move anything. I quit the game and enter again and i cant move and do nothing. I unistall the game and the same happen. The resolution of my monitor is 1080, when i open the game its like the game already have low resolution. So i cant do anything, i cant change the resolution of the game because i cant past the creation page.

I dont want to refund the game, but im only have 2 hours and i have 1 hours trying to fix this .

If you hit ESC does it let you choose options or settings?

No, when inpress ESC nothing happen. In log in menu nothing, creation character neither

You can't change change any settings because the keyboard doesn't work and you can't get to the actual game to change settings because the resolution makes it impossible to complete character creation - did I understand that correctly?

It's possible to change your graphic settings by directly modifying the settings file. In Windows, it's located under C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\LocalLow\Elder Game\Project Gorgon\GorgonConfig.txt. In that file, change PrefsFullScreenWidth and PrefsFullScreenHeight to what you want. You can also try disabling full screen(PrefsFullScreen). Make sure to restart the game after making changes.

It should look something like this:


1 PrefsFullScreen 0 1
1 PrefsFullScreenWidth 0 2560
1 PrefsFullScreenHeight 0 1440

Hold down alt or ctrl to force the game to load in the lowest settings it was added a few updates ago I think its alt cant remember considering I havent had to do it in a while so sorry if its wrong hope it helps cuz Im not tech savy
