Compare Items

Hi all,
I am curious if there is a way to compare and item to what you have equipped with out pressing alt. Is there a setting that can be cnahged for this?

I don't think there is any current setting to change how the compare works. In the distant past Compare was always active, then the Alt key method was introduced.

this works for me:

while pressing alt key check an item.
while pressing alt key remove focus of mouse from the item you compare.
depress alt key.
compare items. the compare function should work without pressing the alt key.

Can confirm this. Did report it as bug tho a little while ago.
