Unable to log in

After the server lag spike issues--and what I'm assuming was a server reboot--I'm not unable to log in. I can get to the character login screen and the red bar fills up (adding assets) but it just hangs at that point. The bar fills up and then nada... Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm able to log in to Kur just find, but can't portal back to serb.

I can't log in but I can hear some sounds along with the music, so I've tried typing a message to let them know there's people who can't log in.

(I suggest volunteers who can monitor the Forum and report issues through the proper channels.)

There seems to be issues with Serbule and Serbule Hill, other zones seem to be working. It is the weekend, so that might complicate and slow down the process of getting things back on track. Please, try to be patient.

Same here,Server is exploding from weekend overload,My log in screen just hang's.

I got to the character selection screen once but it hung for about 10 minutes after selecting a toon and then bounced back to the login screen. Now I cannot get past the login screen.

If you do log in and are in Serbule you might find you can't do anything anyway. This was the case before I logged out.

I logged in... left off in Serbule Sewers. Played for 30 seconds killing a bunch of spiders and cannot loot anything or interact. Logged off and same thing. Music, no logon 2:51pm ET

Once I can get logged in, it lasts 5 minutes then the game freezes again and I have to log, and try to relog. That's been the ritual for me.

The servers did not restart gracefully...but now Citan has joined the battle! This might be a sit and wait thing...we'll try to keep you guys updated best we can.

Im saying they are unproffesional when they do/allow stuff not to get rid of killing games I would go to another dam platform im saying they should have tested this update before they screwed everyone

Well I was playing for 2-3 hours this afternoon after the patch with no issues. What makes you think the patch was even the cause.

Regardless, I think we have different expectations for an early access game that's in testing.
