Before launching the game, we begin with the steam launch option;
Right-click your Steam shortcut, open Properties, then edit the Target line after \Steam.exe
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" -silent -forceservice -nocrashdialog -tcp -complete_install_via_http -single_core -no-dwrite -no-shared-textures -console -vrdisable

If you have an Intel Graphic Card, same as the Nvidia Control Panel, right‐click the Windows desktop, then click on Intel Graphics Settings; there is Guide down here:

This one will have huge impact, but will consume more CPU power beware of overheat !
- Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
- Type in the following text, and then press Enter.
powercfg.cpl
- In the Power Options window, under Select a power plan, choose High Performance.
- Click Save changes or click OK.
Now you can launch the game, red framed rectangles on these pictures are my own preference you can adjust them depending on your Screen Monitor Hertz for example 60 FPS or 140 FPS.
