I think it would be a great idea of you responded to my support ticket and answered the questions I posed on 5/6. Ignoring my questions will not make them go away.

Have you check to see the status of ticket by using the auto-response email "view this ticket's progress online" link?

Have you checked you spam/promo folders in your email?

If your ticket is still open, please give them a little more time to respond, maybe it is complex, maybe they are working on a solution. They probably aren't ignoring your question.

You were warned in-game for violating the Terms of Service. You continued to violate the Terms of Service. Therefore, you were disciplined accordingly. Spamming the ticket system demanding proof that you were warned will not be tolerated. Please cease that behavior - this is your warning.
