Shoddy Dragon and Shoddy Gryphon Statues basic recipes/trainer

Where does one find the basic (level 5 ) Statues recipes? I have the silver and gold ones , but cant make the basic statue to use in the higher recipes.

They are found inside Borghild, behind two bosses.

One is behind Venenae, the other behind the Forgotten Loading Golem (who has a nasty curse). I have run in and just grabbed the recipe from Venenae before and then died to her, but I would not recommend that approach for the golem.

The recipes are stationary books, so entering Borghild yourself is the only way to get them.
