Crashes every time I try to enter the spider cave

I exited the spider cave in to the Serbule area, and did some quests, now when I try to re enter the spider cave (I have a quest to go grab an item in there) the game crashes. This happened both on the alpha client and now on the steam client as well. I have tried changing my video settings.

I can no longer enter the Spider Cave through Serbule Hills as well. It worked yesterday. It crashes and goes not responding. I have to close the game and reopen from Steam. I also can no longer teleport to the city from Serbule Hills teleport pad. It also crashes. It worked fine earlier today.
