really new to this and i'm not sure how to update the game from the 2/15 update. any help would be awesome, thanx.

Are you starting the game through the launcher and not the WindowsPlayer?

Always use the launcher to make sure to be updated:)¨

Steam launch soon tho, this stuff won't matter after that.

is the one for windows.

Where you extracted the zip file you downloaded, is where you will find the folder that the Launcher is in.
