Got debuff "Word of Power: Leprosy" from cauldron. It reduces hp by 50 points.
How do I cure it?

Ask someone to use the first aid ability: Treat Disease 3 on you if you don't have it already yourself. I think it says on the tool tip it is a complex disease but seems to be an advanced disease when it comes to curing, unless it has been fixed.
